Hansel and Gretel Scenes

Some more Hansel and Gretel stuff. I've been dabbling back into last semester's theme to add more to the set for portfolio purposes.

Hansel and Gretel: Layouts

A touch back on my concept art for the Hansel and Gretel project. These were done for my final boards in class.

Painting Parody

Another Illustration project, where we had to parody a famous painting. I used The Rapture of Psyche by Bouguereau and went the route of a bad vampire romance.

More Watercolors

From class and for enjoyment.

The entrance of the CSULB Japanese Gardens at three different times of the day.

A fountain in the back of the Japanese Gardens.

The pathway and some of the plants and water in the Japanese Garden.

Fanart of Celty from Durarara! I had a lot of fun messing around with this one.
A swamp monster that was a lot of fun to paint.

Watercolor landscapes

I'm in a watercolor class this semester, and have really enjoyed it so far. It has been really neat working with the paint and putting color in everything and in layers and I have been improving a lot. It has already dripped into some of the digital color practice pieces I've done this semester.
Here are some of the landscape studies from around campus that we've done in class the past few weeks, newest to oldest.
